Krysta holds a Doctorate and Masters degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science. She is board certified in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine both Nationally and in the state of California. She has a BS in Physical Therapy and is a licensed massage therapist and certified yoga teacher.
With over 10 years of experiences in bodywork, she specializes in orthopedics including pain relief, injuries, mobility and recovery. She has worked with professional athletes in the NBA, Olympians, Weightlifters, and Professional dancers such as the New York Ballet. She has an advanced orthopedic certificate and extensive knowledge in functional anatomy and utilizes techniques such as orthopedic needling ( dry needling) , manual therapy, cupping and facilitated stretching. Krysta also treats women’s health, hormonal imbalances, digestive health, sleep issues and autoimmune.
Whatever she is treating she has a result oriented approach and takes time to understand clients unique goals to build a personalized treatment plan whether it is for physical performance or internal medicine.
